I worked back in Nigeria at the Oil/Energy Services and perviously worked at Foster Wheeler and Mitsubishi Electric
In a nut shell, I work as the link between power stations and you (Customer).
I work as part of a team to design everything that relates to substations/switchyards and transmission lines in the aid to transmit power to the customer.
Also, ensuring to always keep your lights ON by replacing aging assets and avoid black-out on the network.
My Typical Day
Running to the train station, having a cup/cups of tea and attending meetings.
A lot of decisions are made during brainstorming sessions with my team mates to derive design solutions and finally produce reports.

Any forum encouraging kids particularly young girls to study science and engineering.
Girls tend to believe that it’s a field not meant for them at least in Africa and I would like to see more girls just as boys take up engineering in any way I can help.
